Don't have the downconverter for it and only dish I have is a 3 ft. one aimed 
at Galaxy 4/ku. Not much to watch on that bird.
The July 73 Amateur Radio Today was a special issue on ATV.
Also the last two or three issue had articles on the use of tuners from 
junked TVs or VCRs. INTERESTING!
