Hi Mary,
I don't know anything about encephalitis, but I do know that trouble
with swallowing is one of the problems that PPS survivors have...When I
went to the Clinic, they asked me if I had problems swallowing....I am
sure that others here will have more answers for you but I just wanted
to say "Hello".
