I'm okay with that.  Our job is not now, nor has it ever been, to overthrow
every tinpot dictator in the world.   The W's made an
egregious strategic blunder when they overthrew Iraq.

You don't really think that GHW Bush is blubbering in public because he
loves Jed, do you?  I don't.   Ex-presidents of his ilk don't break
down over things like that.  No, he is reduced to tears by the stupidity
and incompetence of his oldest son.

I'm guessing that a Saudi royal called the elder Bush before summoning
Cheney to the Kingdom for his spanking.
