will get at least near to the bottom of this, however undoubtedly the team
of tourists is back home & may well have come via a number of other FSU
states rather than directly from Russia anyway. e.g. one could easily
imagine the Uzbek or Tadjik or Turkmeni being happy to either allow people
to "transit as former SU citizens" or indeed to use some of their
own etc.
