Boy to say that I have drink more tea in the last 6 months then in the rest of my life would be an understatement. It is definitely in the culture here. Obviously for a number of reasons, I can't talk much about what we are doing in that area here, but I would say that we are doing as much and getting as strong of a message across as any other country here. I haven't seen much light between us and any EU countries and I haven't seen any stronger action from them then from us. During the incident at the newspaper, it was US Embassy personnel that actually got the people inside so they could remove their computers and stuff and resume publishing quickly. There were also a rep there from the UK Embassy at the event.
