You can copy menu commands within the same menu, but it clears when you open a
new menu.  I could probably change it so that it keeps the copy when you load a
new menu though, if the general consensus is that it should work that way.

You could also add them to the global menu.  This is a menu that is
automatically added to each menu, unless you set a particular menu to not load
the global menu items.
