It's a long time since I've used Warp 3, but my best guess would be to 
go to an OS/2 command prompt and type mpts 

Work your way through the various menus until you get to LAN Adapters 
and Protocols, then click Configure. The top window then has a button 
marked Change. Click that and select the new adapter. The protocols 
should all remain unchanged from the way they were, so you shouldn't 
have to make any other changes.

When you finally exit from MPTS, allow it to make the necessary changes 
to your CONFIG.SYS file, then reboot.
