There is not much to say...I get better than average cps rates when I connect 
28.8...I was averaging 3365 cps with my hub over the past week.  On the other 
hand I've had problems with GVC users (28.8 V.34) connecting....like giving 
birth. I'd get no better than 21600...at best...as low as 16.8 as well.  I 
told ZyXEL tech support and gave them the number to the modem to call.  The 
fax & caller ID work fine as well. I have the commercial version of FrontDoor 
(a bbs mailer) it works with ZyXEL's for data & fax stuff...got a fax today 
and it worked nice....the caller ID has loged every users number since i had 
it in place...

Your loss....I've had a woody ever since I got it....a friend of mine took 
one look at it and his will be here by the end of the week.  I do feel that 
ZyXEL out did themselves this time....iether get on the boat and join us 
or...whatever...we'll miss you.
