        Here we go again... by your logic, the guy who pumped your gas before
you robbed that bank and got away should be charged as an accomplice to your
crime, because he participated in the whole "chain" as you call it.
        I can give you detailed plans on how to blow yourself up. I can give
you a list of parts with model numbers. I have done *NOTHING* wrong, other
than contort your thinking a little. YOU are the one that has to build it.

not me. I just provide the INFORMATION on how to do it. This information is
all freely available in GOVERNMENT publications (not the viruses, but bombs,
gun modifications, and so on).
        Sorry, the one that COMPILES and distributes the infected code is
liable, not the person that allowed him to have the source (notice I didn't
say GAVE him the source, there is a difference). Anyway this is a moot point,
because virus source code is not illegal in *MOST* states to distribute.
