one builds a system capable of handling the quantity of usage required.
sometimes slow steady continuous supply is far more productive 
than fast wasteful sporadic production...take methane gas production
methods for example....they have proven quite effective through
proper utilization....i was just showing the principal in the simplist
theory of operation.
