        No, Hubert.  The echo was packet rammed by some miscreant who posted
messages from the Bible and Flame echoes on Elvis's origin line.  We all delt
with several hundred of these messages, and fortunately the echo is now back
to normal. It had nothing to do with Mr. Bogels.
