I am not yet to burning DVDs. 

I just wish to play some files. I'm looking at a DVD with .vob, .ifo,
and .bup files. I thought it would be as simple as dragging and dropping
onto mplayer.exe as I have done with .mpg files 

Please point me to a web page that I should be able to find with a
search engine but have not.
