   Thanks for your recommendation of the BatPower echo, but it's all I
can do to keep up with WP macros, 4DOS BTM's and REXX scripts.  Anyway,
all those incredibly ingenious workarounds are too kludgy for my taste.
   Hope ARITH.WPM is of some use to you.  The only things about it that
even approach cleverness are that it figures out for itself where the
original arithmetical question ends, and shoves a dollar sign at the
beginning of the answer if there's a dollar sign at the beginning of the
question.  Since you already have COMPUTE.COM, you're home free.
