  PKWare already _has_ a PKZIP/2.  PKZIP version 1.1 was a 16-bit family
  mode application that ran both on DOS and natively on OS/2.
  PKZIP 2.0 wasn't.  I find it highly unlikely that PKWare is working on a
  PKZIP/2 compatible with the 2.0 format archives, especially since
  Info-ZIP has so completely captured the OS/2 market, and is freely
  available.  It would be welcome (the more, the merrier), but I suspect
  that this is just one of those baseless rumours.
