I assume you mean JTB, right?
As for posting it on the sbe website, I'm perfectly happy to do that,
especially if you can HTML-ize it beforehand so I don't have to. I
suggest it would be an excellent idea to get feedback from the
readership, especially those of us who have published in the
professional journals before.
As for JTB, you'll want to read their "instructions to authors" at
http://authors.elsevier.com/GuideForAuthors.html?PubID=622904&dc=GFA
before formatting your manuscript, just to get it the way they like it.
I'd be perfectly happy to proof any ms before you submit it.
