Hi Kurt!
Answering a message from Kurt Wismer to Kuno Woudt:

Congratulation Kurt - excellent statements about 'code-releasers' versus
'virus-spreaders'. You're totally right - there's just a *very* small
difference between them. I think one can compare them to the people producing
heroin and the dealers: "I don't deal it - I just produce it".
Whom of them is to blame more - the dealer or the producer?
Greetings from Wiesmoor (Germany)
Klaus
