Your question is a bit vague, any more specifics other than use over a
network?  Most networking packages come with a modem sharing module I
believe, or at least I have heard of such a thing.  Int 14 is just a
way of using the BIOS to handle communications over rs-232.  Its not
really anything magical, but your network software might intercept int
14 calls and redirect them if you tell it to.       Eric
