Don't do anything. Right now it sounds as though they're dancing to the beat
of different drummers. But they'll get the right idea eventually! In the
meantime, make sure they have the best diet money can afford. They need at
least 12 hours of daylight to "get them in the mood" (but introduce it
gradually otherwise you'll send them into a premature molt).
Do you have any substrate in your nestbox?
