Probably more than one frequency to cover a state.  AAA runs 4 VHF 
frequencies, some UHF and a trunked system (shared with other users) in 
Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Maybe if you became a member (always good to throw 
money in the direction that you want information to come back from) and 
asked, they might tell you!
