Obviously, my reply got "lost".  At least it did not get to you. 
And I, ¨quite stupidly, failed to keep a copy of your original message.

I am sorry, but you will have to re-send.  I know I had an answer for you,
¨but I can't remember it, or even your problem(s).  It was some early hour
