Dear John, Re your rather silly message (I have not bothered to quote it all) which ¨concluded with - => Well John => I am still waiting for you to have time to reply to my problems => with Diamond I have replied to all our Echo Mail and all our Email. If you have sent me ¨any messages by either of these means I have certainly not received them. Please re-send any such message to me care of this Aust Modem Echo. Then ¨everyone can see it, and see my reply. The only problems we have had with Diamond modems recently (say the past ¨year) have been:- 1) DOAs (Dead on Arrival) due to poor Quality Control at the factory (we have switched to ISO 9002 and 9001 factories. 2) Damaged by Power Surge 3) The usual installation errors with COM ports and/or IRQs. Fixed by better ¨ documentation. 4) Operator error in setting up software. I await your message.
