As my Sysop remarked, "A msec is a msec".  I guess my question
was if the Supra manual actually indicated the number to be in
millisecs.
Of course, 'HAD to ask the sysop if msec *might* stand for some
Error Correction program by Micro$oft....  'Got no
comment so I'd better go slow.....'-)
