Hmm, strange... I have it working, but not extremely tested! My situation was 
somewhat different, I had PBDK 2.0 and PB 3.1 up and running, then I 
installed the upgrade to PB 3.2 into the directory where I had PB 3.1 
running. I didn't notice any problems when I started PBDK 2.0 afterwards.
