I would think so.  Right now all I can do is hope that she
gets with the company and leaves me alone.  I do have a lawyer
just in case, and I have let the company know that if I get
pulled into this I will be filing a countersuit against them.
Believe me, Doris (my best friend who used to work for the same
company) and I know enough between them that they won't want this
to happen!
