File announcements are created by vtic and can be automatically posted using
vpost. Vadv supports freqing already and vsmtp supports freqing over internet
email as well. Filefind is also supported.

So as I stated before You can run allfix with VADV but it isn't neccessary
cause between vtic and vfido all those features are supported.
