While reading my Spirit Viper modem manual, I cam across a section.

I can either

1. Disable line quality monitor and auto-retrain
2. Enable line quality monitor and auto-retrain
3. Enable ilne quality monitor and fallback/fall forward
3. enable line quality moniitor and auto-retrain, but hang-up immediately
   when EQM reaches hang-up threshold

Which option is best for my v.34 modem. The default has it at 1, but I cannot
28800 with that, I only get 26400.

Alternatively, if someone has a good init string for the Spirit Viper, can
you please tell me.

thanks
