Is your driving mostly highway Adam, or do you have a fair amount of
in-town as well?  I'm curious 'cause I'm pondering getting a VW diesel
- probably the Jetta, but not sure yet - and while I can't remember
offhand what it's fuel economy ratings are, I've seen reports of ~50mpg in
mixed real-world driving.
