The Milwaukee Brewers were a minor league team playing in Milwaukee when
the Braves arrived. They played in a park on 8th and Burliegh for many
years. When the Braves came to town and Milwaukee County Stadium was
built the Brewers were moved out of town. I do not know where they went
at that time. (I am speaking of the minor league team)I would skip
school on opening day and watch the Brewers.
