If you find it too difficult to setup, please wait for future releases. 
19.00 was released in 1994, and GT takes some time to setup.   I am working
to make
it much easier right out of the "box" (zip file) to get it going.
 19.01 will be released in a single ZIP file and everything will be
organized into folders.
