Rules of the Paradox echo

     This is the International Fidonet and RBBS Paradox echo.
     This echo is for civilized, mature discussion.  It is
     assumed that all participants are willing to behave
     professionally while participating in echo exchanges.
     Personal attacks and vilification have no place here.
Appropriate
topics include:
        -PAL and Object PAL code solutions and recommendations.
        -Interactive Paradox use, such as queries, reports,
         forms, and configuration, and including both network
         and single-user installation.
        -Add-in, add-on, and utility software for use with
         Paradox.  This includes separate products with an
         interoperability feature or design that relates to
         Paradox. (The PXACCESS toggle between the DOS
         versions of Quattro and Pdox, or the PXPASS password-
         breaking software for Paradox tables, for example.)
        -Products that are directly related to Paradox
         in design or use.  Examples would be Quattro Pro
         and ObjectVision.  dBase for Windows would also
         fall into this category if the subject of the
         thread related to its use of Paradox objects
         and file structures.
        -Books, periodicals, newsletters, references, manuals,
         and any other source for info, printed or electronic,
         on Paradox issues.
        -Information on events, conferences, training courses,
         and any other organized endeavor that contributes to
         furthering Paradox's use, application, and user under-
         standing.  This includes any and all User Groups
         or Bulletin Boards focused on Paradox.  This also
         includes discussions on the publisher of Paradox,
         Borland International.
        -Solicitation of developer or consultant's services or
         the offering of employment that focuses on or requires
         Paradox skills.  The advertising of "services for
         hire" or "job wanted", however, is considered annoying
         behavior and is discouraged.  If in doubt, contact the
         Moderator off-line via NetMail, CompuServe, or
         telephone.
        -Good humor and tasteful jokes are encouraged.  It's OK
         as long as no one gets hurt by humor at their expense.
         Remember that the echo is intended to be informative
         and fun.  If there is any hint of sexism, racism, or
         any other kind of "ism", don't post it.

        -Please speak politely;  no flames or obscenities and
         do *not* quote filth.
        -Please quote only that which relates to your reply.
         Do your part to help stamp out "QUOTAHOLISM".
        -Announcements of products or services are allowed, but
         should not become the subject of extended "threads".
         The Moderator reserves the right to declare an "end"
         to such threads should they develop.
        -If your "From: " is an alias, include your real name
         in the message.  This may be waived at the discretion
         of the Moderator if there is a compelling explanation
         sent via netmail or CompuServe.
