I've just read about on the I-Net there's a comic book out called
"Reality Check."
It takes place in 2012, where people surf the net using helmets that
read their thoughts. Then they surf the net with a sort of "virtual
avatar." (A sort of electronic copy of themself.)
In this comic book, a kid's cat accidentally gets under the helmet,
goes on the I-Net and all &%$# breaks loose!
Take a look for it, there are several sites devoted to the book.
(BTW, the cat is named "Catreece" and looks semi-human on the net.)
