Made by Alvimar in 1958 - Illo. in almost all Harvey Publications
humor comics cover-dated Feb. 1959 and March 1959.
Illo. ad is 1/8 page as part of centerfold ad section.
2) The ad-figure horse sold by GM car dealers which advertized AC spark 
lugs.
   Not positive, but I _THINK_ the horse was called "Sparky".
Toys need _NOT_ be C10/"Mint", but please _NO_SEAM_SPLITS_
