The idea is to fight for one's beliefs at all costs -- it's a slightly
different concept.

But anyway, what good is living if you have to give up all that's important
to you?  I would fight and if necessary die for what I believe in without a
second thought.

It looks like we have a real and tangible difference in attitude between
the U.S. and Europe -- we're (the U.S.) are far more like the Arabs than we
are you.  (Not saying that's bad btw, just very curious, since a good
portion in the U.S. are of European stock.)
