Whereas I know what you mean by "no way to continue," you *can* continue the
numbering by using sequence fields. However, it isn't the automatic
numbering of Word 6 and/or 7.
I have tried several scenarios using numbering; overall, I am not totally
impressed (in Word 6). I don't particularlly like some of the "defaults" or
just the characteristics of that feature. Yes, I know that a lot ofthis can
be configured--and permanently configured. I just have not been convinced of
the efficiency of the feature. In some respects, I like the use of the
sequence fields. It appears a little easier to get the particular paragraphs
to "look" the way I would like.
I realize that the above paragraph is a little obtuse, however, without going
into a long explanation/description of the entire situation, I felt that this
obtuseness would be a little better.
