My dad bought it in 1969 to haul our horse trailer. I wish that Chevy
had such a club; I know that Volvo does.

Jeez, I'm glad to hear that! We have two full-size pickups (my Chevy
and a '96 Ram Sport R/T) and a Jeep, and I don't have a lot of confidence
that they could do that! My Chevy would have no brakes on the flooded
street, and my work truck ('93 Dodge 3/4 ton) had a blowout just leaving the
freeway and I thought I was gonna get killed!
A friend of mine has an S-10 with the V6 and he uses it to pull a
two-horse trailer with one horse in it. It's the same V6 we had in our '88
GMC that we used to pull all three horses with! (Okay, going uphill, we had
to turn the air conditioner off...)
