Graham told me that he was aware of such only to the extent that "two or 
three similar proposals" had been, by whatever means, submitted.

It has been Elisted, currently being distributed at my expense to those nodes 
who have requested it, its backbone status still pending upon the requisite 
RC requests.
I would appreciate the courtesy of your adding it to NCMC BBS.  To this end, 
I would offer to deliver it daily, until such time at it attains backbone 
status. I hope you won't take it as overly presumptuous on my part if I were 
to post the conference description, message the next.
