Taking the last bit first: $20/month for us means $80/month and that is too 
expensive.  BUT, what kind of arrangement do you have with your grup that 
waives monthly fees?
I spoke with Cellular One and was told that they HAD a special program, but 
it was cancelled and was not going to be restarted.  I left msg for the 
President of Cellular One, but he did not return my call.
