Hi Mark

To me they seem to be interchangeable, If you use a French Keyboard and
English language then the output of the keyboard is English. Not what you
would expect,

I thought change the keyboard, it would change the language doesn't work
that way but change the language, doesn't care what keyboard you use the
language is changed

Confused, I was/am/is too
