I've never tried drying them in the microwave. one word of
warning, they smell VERY STRONG when they are drying. I put my
dehydrator outside to do that job. Let me know how your onions
turn out.

You put up a lot of veggies. I guess since I have such a long
growing season I just put up a little. There is usually something
in the garden to eat most of the year. Right now is the start of
the best time of year for veggie gardening here in Central
Florida.
