Still, your local Bind must hand the query off to your local resolver.
Furthermore, and on another topic, I'm concerned that Bind9 doesn't
cache very much very well in its OS/2 incarnation; from what I've been
able to discern from various tests and examinations including the logs
of its forwarder. (so I copy/move this to the os2user list also)
