Let's see, 1:116/17 should be os2bbs.org and NOT os2bb.org - an error or
oversight on the NC's part.

Also, I am trtying to get in touch with Danny Walters in Net 116, but he
apparently does not check his netmail so I have not had any luck with this.  I
am not the only one having an issue with this, either.  I am NOT the NC for net
116 (granted if I were, things would be cleaned up in the net a lot).

1:116/110 and I exchange mail and files several times a day.  His FQDN just
needs to be updated in the nodelist -- possibly another error or oversight on
the NC's part.  I will try to netmail /28 and /739 to see if it gets there --
even though it's technically not my job to police the net 116 node segment.
