I don't even think this could be done with any BBS software unless you
actually pass that node number to the batch file from the BBS itself.

If you were to execute that batch file from Mystic, run "batchfile.bat
%3" from the data line. That will pass the node number. Then use %1 in
your batch file where you want that parameter.

As long as the batch file is executed by Mystic, the answer is: Yes. You
can pass parameters to a batch file.
