Thanks for the help.  I am going to try to find the $$ to send it off.
However...now I have a new problem...the modem is now hanging me up while
on the internet.  I will be downloading or viewing a page and "click" it
just hangs up.  It does it somewhere between 1 to 5 mins from when I
connect to my ISP.  I am assuming it is also something to do with this
'outdated' bios...I sure hope so.
