1. It is very difficult to set up Windows 95 on some computers,
   and especially difficult to diagnose problems over the phoneline.
2. For technical issues, there are better newsgroups than "Home
   Office to handle them.
3. When giving out a phone number over the Internet, always include
   the area code (or at least a city).  I'm replying to you from
   Toronto, Canada.
4. Never give out your personal number over the Internet.
I suggest you look to a user group or a student to assist you.
Also, if you are friends with a computer store ask them to do it.
Expect to pay $25 in any case.
