Regular readers of this echo may recall my requests recently for "Red Raven 
Movie Records" and the "Magic Mirror" carausel that sits on top of the 
spinning records reflecting the drawings in the record labels - which when 
you look into the mirror, looks like you are looking at a type of animation.
Of the two parts of the set, the Magic Mirror (carousel) or the records, 
obviously the records are the more durable.  They are made out of colored 
plastic, while the mirror is part glass.  One drop on the floor and goodbye 
carousel.  Since this was a young child's plaything, many carousels wound ou 
broken, making the carousel the harder of the two items to find, by far.
Incredibly, I have bumped into *TWO* of the Magic Mirrors.  Both are in very 
nice shape.  I purchased both of them, and over the last few months, have 
picked up a number of the records too.  But I've decided to sell off one of 
the carousel shaped mirror thingies.  I really don't need two of them, and I 
don't want to keep so much money tied up in having two of them.  So I have 
decided to sell one (both are very close to mint) for only what I paid for 
it, plus shipping - which would be $75.00 + shipping.  If you are interested 
in this please let me know.  The Red Raven Magic Mirror is probably one of 
the rarest late 50's "baby boomer" toy collectables you're ever likely to 
bump into, so if you are interested in it, please let me know ASAP.
P.S.  I *am* willing to trade the carousel for some of the records, if you 
have any.  I think a trade of maybe 7-8 records would equal the value of the 
carousel.  Again, leave a message if interested.
