There are some interesting issues in this sort of mess. We can plainly
recognise a scam and know that it should be stopped.

But how can society fairly legislate to shut down private enterprise
endeavours that are only striving to educate and help people? Anyone can
make a mistake. They'll surely improve their materials real soon now.

What about shutting down the scammers who promote health products like
expensive snake oils and mega vitamins etc?
