Jaws has braille support, as does Slimware Window Bridge. (SWB supports, I
believe, 25 or so braille displays and about 40 speech synthesizers--incl.
Braille Lite and Braille Lite 40.) You could also look at Screen power
(TSI), but it's the most expensive of the lot, and I understand its speech
support isn't very good...haven't used it myself, though.
