I assume that some on the Home Office have been blessed with margin of
success here and there, and get requests to become a dealer for your product
or service. Has anyone issued dealer agreement forms for the other party to
sign?
Put it another way when one becomes a dealer, the vendor usually provides an
agreement form to sign. Does anyone have a fair handed and intelligent one
that is agreeable for both parties. I sure would like to see some. 
I am now in a situation with requests for dealership relations almost one
every week. I am selling to them now without an agreement but funny things
are starting to happen, and want to straighten it out with an agreement. 
One of the funny ones was a dealer who took my literature, paraphrased it and
then marked it as copyrighted by himself. That was not funny.
