There seem to be some differing views on these questions: you actually have to go out of your way to make answers so willfully wrong, so it must be an attempt to mislead immigrants and cause them to fail their citizenship exams. Another view is that they could have cribbed the Q&A *from* the citizenship exam, since there are some obvious multiple-choice questions in that, an example cited: "The President's residence is called A) the Kremlin B) the Love Shack C) the White House D) Buckingham Palace" (and some wag pointed out that "B" was true *last* administration).
