    I know quite a few "older" folks who,in their time at home that
    purchase the best scanners money can buy, and by god, can tell
    you every frequency for every business, etc in town!
    Yet by looking at them, you would never guess that they would have
    any interest in scanning, let alone the fallacy that older people
    or know how to operate such equipment.
    Know of any such cases in your area?
